Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose and Parties)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of 가바주식회사 (the “Company”) and its users in connection with “Spotted” (spotted.live), an artist trail map service (the “Service”).

Article 2 (Nature of the Service)

The Service is an unofficial, fan-made service. The Company has no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with any artist, agency, or label. Artist and group names shown in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the artists.

Information shown in the Service is built only from what has already been made public. There are three sources: news reports, concert dates on sale, and user reports. The Company does not photograph, follow, or track artists, and does not collect locations using positioning devices.

Article 3 (Accuracy and Limits of Information)

The Service does not provide real-time locations. Information appears only after it has been reported or announced and then collected and reviewed, so there is a delay. Sightings outside official events are shown only as an approximate area (about 1 km), never as exact coordinates, and sightings are removed from the map after 30 days. The Company does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information.

Article 4 (Artists Under 19)

The Company does not publish trail information for artists under 19, whether or not the event was public. Their map explains why it is empty. Users may not submit sightings of artists under 19.

Article 5 (User Obligations: Likeness Rights and Anti-Stalking)

Users must not:

  • collect, distribute, or share an artist's precise real-time location without authorization;
  • use information from the Service to follow, monitor, or approach an artist or any third party (stalking is prohibited);
  • knowingly submit false sightings;
  • post images or information that infringe another person's likeness rights or privacy;
  • submit sightings from private spaces such as residences.

If the Company confirms use for stalking or harassment, it may restrict access immediately and take action under applicable law.

Article 6 (User Reports)

Reports are published only after the Company reviews them, and a review may result in no publication. The number of reports one user may submit in 24 hours is limited.

Any photo submitted with a report must have been taken by the user, who consents to its publication. The Company uses such photos only to display them within the Service, and users may request deletion at any time.

Article 7 (Support)

The Service is free and carries no advertising. Users may support it voluntarily, but support buys no benefit and unlocks no features. Contributions go toward running costs.

Article 8 (Minimum Age)

The Service checks date of birth at sign-up and does not allow accounts below the minimum age. The minimum is 13, and 14 in the Republic of Korea. Only users aged 16 and over may opt in to email updates.

Article 9 (Requests from Artists and Agencies)

An artist or their agency may contact us to request deletion of specific information or full removal from the Service, which also stops collection. The Company acts without delay once it has verified that the requester is the artist or is duly authorized. If verification fails or the request is unclear, the Company may ask for more information, and if it cannot act on a request it will explain why. Once an artist is removed, no further information about them is collected.

Agency or personal inquiry

Article 10 (Closing Your Account)

Users may close their account at any time from Settings, effective immediately. Account information is deleted at once; reports already published may remain, stripped of any author information.

Article 11 (Changes and Discontinuation)

The Company may change or discontinue the Service, and will give notice in advance of significant changes that disadvantage users. Except where the law provides otherwise, the Company is not liable for damages arising from changes to or discontinuation of a service provided free of charge.

Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company does not warrant the accuracy of information provided by users and has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party.

Article 13 (Changes to These Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms, and an amended version takes effect on the day it is posted in the Service. Changes that disadvantage users are announced seven days before they take effect, and a user who does not accept them may close their account.

Article 14 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not affect the consumer protections a user enjoys under the law of their country of residence.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on August 20, 2026.
